A Great Program just doesn't happen. Units must take the time to plan and organize a year ahead and then evaluate and review the program monthly. A commonly heard quote is "If you fail to plan, you plan to fail." The time invested in program planning is well spent. Planning saves time, avoids conflicts and last minute problems for your youth and it also makes it much more pleasent and rewarding for the adult volunteers.
